Issue with SMTP connection

We have observed an issue affecting clients using SMTP to send emails via the Sendinblue relay. Only the clients whose traffic is routed through smtp-southamerica are impacted. To clarify, we have two relays for sending emails: smtp-relay.sendinblue.com and smtp-relay.brevo.com relay. The affected clients are those on the Sendinblue relay, while clients using the Brevo relay in South America are not experiencing any issues. Impacted clients are encountering timeouts when attempting to send emails. We have engaged the technical team to investigate the root cause of the issue.
