Issue with Multiple Services

We are currently encountering an issue which is impacting the processing of Transactional emails.

Our teams have been engaged and are actively working to resolve the issue and mitigate the impact.

There will be delays related to event processing and webhook delivery as well.

We are also encountering an issue which is impacting the processing of Marketing emails.

The Contact service is also impacted. The creation and updation is working as expected within account. However, the contact count will not reflect the newly added contacts at this time.

We’ve identified the issue with one of our infrastructure components, which caused it to enter an unhealthy state. As a result, some of our internal services are experiencing errors. Our team is actively working on mitigating the impact.

Due to the ongoing impact on the Statistics service, you may observe missing logs and metrics for both transactional and marketing campaigns. We kindly request that you avoid triggering manual sends or retries at this time, as it may result in duplicate emails being sent.

We have got a good news , our tech team has applied a fix and transactional sending has been started processing , we also monitoring it now.

The issue has been mitigated for Webhooks, Automation, and Event/Statistics Updates across both transactional and marketing campaigns. Application services should now be returning to normal processing as the backlog clears. We continue to actively monitor the system to ensure stability.
