Adjusting the configurations and requesting new tests.
After DNS changes we see that the systems started responding fine, waiting for customer final validation.
Customer reports that everything is working fine right now to the exception of Kibana. Engaged GoAI team to check why we have the Kibana stuck, possible due to the DNS issues experienced.
We have noticed that DNS resolution is very low. Customer had this issue in the past. Asking the customer if they have made some changes. The following DNSs are having issues: nameserver 10.76.31.1and nameserver 10.76.31.2
Client reporting agents stuck in outcomes. Receiving multiple calls at the same time. Dashboard not updating. Checking the machine status.
Customer report that for example if one agent is talking to a customer he can receive another call, he stops listening the current call but the caller can ear the conversation.
