We have received reports of Keylink performance issues resulting in "Network Connectivity Loss" errors and increased processing time for key removal. Please Note: While your machine may display the error, this issue is only affecting those customers using login credentials to access Keylink. Those who use the fingerprint reader to access Keylink should experience normal processing times. Our team is actively investigating and will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
