Teams Integration Outage - Calling Impacted

We are investigating an outage with the Teams integration, causing all calls to and from Teams to fail.

The web client and physical devices are unaffected by this outage.

We are actively testing systems to determine the cause of this outage. We have seen an uptick in outside reports of Teams issues, and we will follow up as we have more information.

All our system checks are returning fine, however we're seeing call rejection issues from Microsoft's end. A priority 1 case has been opened with Microsoft, and we are waiting to hear back on that. We expect to hear back from them in 1 to 2 hours.

Microsoft confirms that the rejection of outbound calls is backed by the logs examples provided from numerous tenants regardless of region or location. This issue is being escalated to the Teams product group for analysis.

We have received feedback just now from Microsoft's Teams Product Teams and passed that over to manufacturer support who did confirm they know about this issue and that it's a global issue to which they are working on this already. They will inform us once a fix is available.
