DNI Local Swap Degraded Performance

Local Swap is reenabled for all users, we will continue monitoring.

Local Swap has been enabled and we will continue to monitor the progress.

We identified the issue and are working on a fix. In the meantime we temporarily disabled Local Swap to improve page load times.

The Customer impact of this change is the following, for Clients using Local Swap:
If they do not have toll-free phone numbers in any of their pools, DNI should still happen. We'll select any available phone number from their pool".
If they do have toll-free phone numbers, End Users should see that on their website

Our monitoring tools are reporting degraded performance of Dynamic Number Insertion, primarily affecting customers using Local Swap. Our team is currently investigating this issue and will post an update as we learn more.
