The system remains stable following our earlier mitigation efforts, with improved response times in the Office Portal. Users can continue to use CampBrain as normal. Our engineering team continues to monitor closely while investigating longer term improvements.

After implementing mitigation measures we are seeing improved, but not yet optimal response times on the Office Portal and Camp Store. While these steps are helping stabilize performance in the short term, our team is continuing to investigate the root cause to ensure a long-term resolution to the underlying performance issues.
