RESOLVED about 5 years ago - at 08/11/2020 10:51PM

At approximately 1:25 pm PST, our error logs received a significant spike in traffic from a specific source to an endpoint within our API. Once the engineering team was able to locate the cause, we quickly implemented a fix, and traffic was restored to the checkout page and CartHook Admin by 2:00 pm PST. Our teams will continue to monitor all databases.

The issue has been identified. The CartHook checkout is back up and shoppers are able to complete purchases. The Engineering team will continue to monitor systems.
