Stratus Imaging Share Status - United Kingdom

For customers in the United Kingdom, Stratus Imaging Share is currently experiencing acute functionality outages in relation to preventative maintenance activities.
- Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) functionality: Support for MFA is currently unavailable. Customers who have MFA activated can work with Enterprise Imaging Customer Support to temporarily disable MFA until this functionality is restored.
- Password reset functionality: Users may be unable to reset login passwords for the Stratus Imaging Share application pending service restoration.
- Email notification functionality: Email notification functionality for shared studies, including STAT shares, are not being sent. Although share notifications are temporarily unavailable, users can access shared studies by logging into the Stratus Imaging Share portal.
- New user provisioning functionality: Onboarding of new users is currently unavailable.
Our teams are working urgently to restore this functionality to Stratus Imaging Share. We will provide an estimated timeframe for resolution as soon as possible.
