Impact Scope: Errors and abnormal operations occurred for certain functions (automatic assignment, customer information loading, message sending, meeting links, etc.) on some channels

[Common Notice]
- Cause of Occurrence: Server load and client defects were identified.
- Response Details: The server capacity has been increased, and relevant code improvements have been implemented.
- Future Improvement Plan: We will continue to strengthen the monitoring system and make ongoing code improvements to prevent load issues.

발생 원인 : 서버 부하 및 클라이언트 결함이 발생하였습니다.
대응 내용 : 서버 대수 증설 및 관련 코드 개선을 진행하였습니다.
향후 개선 방안 : 모니터링 시스템 강화 및 부하 방지를 위한 코드 개선을 지속적으로 진행할 예정입니다.

＜1件目の障害＞
発生日時：

影響範囲
- 管理画面：チャネルトークのメインサーバーが落ちたため、全体的な機能の停止およびWebサービスへのアクセス不可または遅延が発生しました。
- エンドユーザー：チャット画面へのアクセス自体は可能でしたがメッセージの送信や読み込みの遅延が発生しました。

＜2件目の障害＞
発生日時：2025年6月23日 16:17 ~ 18:45
影響範囲：一部のチャンネルで、チャネルトークのプログラムおよびWebサービスの一部機能でエラーや異常な動作が発生しました。
発生した障害の例：
- 自動割り当てが遅延する
- 顧客情報の読み込みが遅延する
- 電話の割り当て時に着信が鳴らない
- メッセージ送信時にエラーが発生する

＜共通内容＞
- 発生原因：サーバー負荷および管理画面のエラーが発生しました。
- 対応措置：サーバーの増設とエラーコードの改善を行いました。
- 再発防止策：モニタリングシステムの強化とサーバー負荷防止のためのコード改善を引き続き行います。

Sorry for the inconvenience while using Channel Talk.
Today's issue was caused by high server load and a problem on the client side.

Here are the main problems that happened:
1. Channel Talk (both app and web) was hard to access or very slow
2. Many features didn’t work properly — like auto-assignment, loading customer info, sending messages, and Meet Ring

We’ve already fixed the message sending issue so it works normally again. We’ll share a more detailed update once the other issues are also fixed.
We’re very sorry again for the trouble, and we’re doing our best to solve everything as quickly as possible.


채널톡 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 금일 발생한 이슈는 서버 부하 및 클라이언트 결함 이슈로 확인되었습니다.
주요 발생한 증상은 아래와 같습니다.

1. 채널톡 프로그램 및 웹이 접속되지 않거나 느리게 작동
2. 자동배정, 고객정보 로딩, 메시지 전송, 미트 링 등 어플리케이션 각 기능의 전반적인 여러 이상 작동

이 중 메시지 전송 기능은 이상 작동하지 않도록 조치되었고, 다른 기능들도 조치가 완료되면 더 상세한 리포트가 이뤄질 예정입니다.

障害が発生した原因は、サーバー負荷および管理画面の動作の不具合によるものです。

主な症状は以下の通りです。
1. チャネルトークのプログラムおよびWebにアクセスできない、または動作が遅い
2. 自動割り当てや顧客情報の取得、メッセージ送信、Meetの着信画面など、各機能の様々な異常動作

上記のうち、メッセージ送信機能については改善済みです。
ただ、その他の機能は現在も改善中であり、詳しい原因や影響範囲については全ての作業が完了出来次第、ご報告いたします。
