- Affected Scope: Inbox display for specific channels assigned to some servers
- Cause of Issue: Due to high load on the servers responsible for user chat badge counts and inbox management, the inboxes for certain channels handled by those servers were not displayed correctly.
- Resolution: The service was restored to normal by rebooting the affected servers.

- 장애 원인 : 유저챗 뱃지 개수 및 수신함을 담당하는 서버의 부하로 인해 해당 서버에서 처리하는 특정 채널들의 수신함이 올바르게 표시되지 않음.
- 조치 내용 : 서버를 재부팅하여 정상화 되었습니다.

- 原因：受信トレイのバッジ数と受信トレイを管理するサーバの負荷により、該当サーバーで処理されている特定のチャンネルの受信箱が正しく表示されませんでした。
- 対応措置：影響を受けたサーバーを再起動し、正常化しました。
