We are continuing to monitor connectivity challenges with TikTok US. We do not have a target restoration time, but our team will continue to partner closely with TikTok for updates.
Once TikTok is back online, our system will automatically begin processing inventory, product & order updates.
Important Reminder
If you manually processed orders outside of the Rithum platform, you will be responsible for ensuring those orders are not duplicated once TikTok is back online.
This will be our last update for the evening. Should TikTok US come back online throughout the evening, you connections will be automatically restored but our notifications may lag behind.
TikTok has confirmed that general traffic has been switched over to their backup datacenter and some operations are now functioning again.
However, they’ve identified a secondary issue within their backup datacenter that is causing all API tasks to fail.
TikTok is preparing a hotfix, but deployment is currently blocked due to infrastructure unavailability caused by the ongoing outage.
In short, while the site is back online, the API is not working preventing all partners, including Rithum, from processing updates or receiving orders.
We have requested an estimated time of deployment for the hotfix and are awaiting their confirmation.

As of 5pm ET we're continuing to see issues with the product, inventory & order updates for TikTok US. At this point in time, we're waiting for TikTok US to restore service. As soon as they come back online, your integration will pick back up automatically.

As of 2pm ET, there is no meaningful improvement to the TikTok US connection. Our engineering team continues to work with the TikTok Infrastructure team who is evaluating the potential of bringing up their backup data center to restore service. Until then, inventory, product & order updates are impacted.

TikTok US has confirmed a general outage starting early Sunday AM.
As of 11:45am ET, some product syncs have started to recover, but we're still seeing inconsistent or incomplete responses. Order Syncs are continuing to fail.
Once fully back online, the Rithum Platform will pull in any open orders & distribute through the order routing logic applied in your account. If you're able to access your TikTok orders & you choose to manually route outside of the Rithum platform before we are back online, you will be responsible for ensuring these orders are not double routed to your fulfillment point.
