Main issue was resolved.
We are continuing to work to make the logs sent between Sep 28 10PM UTC and Sep 29 2PM UTC will return to view, but new logs are shown and the ongoing issue is resolved.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Security logs that were issued starting at Sep 28th 10PM UTC are not visible in the Monitoring view of Horizon->Policy.
We have identified the root cause of the issue and are working to resolve it - once done, the logs from that time period will be shown.
The enforcement and configuration systems are entirely operational.
