Issue resolved. Fixed backend routing issue. Configuration data was not impacted, just wasn't accessible temporarily for some tenants.
We are currently working on identifying the root cause.
We do know traffic does not reach the database with the configuration (which is kept safe and sound) - so once we fix the traffic routing, it will be resolved.
