Multiple users have reported severe system lag and slow response times across Cin7 Core

Customers are experiencing performance issues, including slow page loading, delays when printing documents, report timeouts, and errors when opening certain POs, with reports coming in for the past 3–5 days.

We have made some changes that should help with overall application performance, and are monitoring the result.

We’ve already put some improvements in place, and we’re seeing a reduction in the number of performance issues. That said, we know there’s still slowness happening, so we’re continuing to dig into it.To help with that, we’ve also added some additional logging and monitoring so we can get more visibility into what’s happening when these issues occur. This should help us narrow things down and get to the root cause faster.

We’re still actively investigating the root cause of the remaining performance issues. The improvements we’ve put in place have helped reduce the frequency of the issues, and the additional logging and monitoring are giving us more visibility as we continue to dig into what’s happening.We haven’t identified the root cause just yet, but the investigation is ongoing and we’ll continue to keep you updated as we learn more.
