We are currently investigating an issue affecting the download of new Virtual Appliance (VA) images for Cisco Secure Access.
Customers may be unable to download and deploy new virtual appliance instances due to this issue. Existing virtual appliance upgrades and already deployed instances are not impacted.
Our engineering teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal download functionality.
We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

The issue affecting the download of new Virtual Appliance (VA) images for Cisco Secure Access has been resolved.
Customers should now be able to successfully download and deploy new virtual appliance instances. Existing virtual appliance upgrades and already deployed instances were not impacted during this issue.
Our engineering teams have implemented the necessary fixes and confirmed that download functionality has been restored.
