We're experiencing errors in machine-to-machine authentication due to an incident in our downstream provider. The issue is acknowledged and the provider is actively working on a fix.
Sign ups are working as expected.

We have temporarily disabled the CAPTCHA requirement in sign ups. Sign ups are now functioning as expected.
We are still waiting for the downstream provider issue to be resolved, before enabling them again.

We are temporarily disabling the requirement for CAPTCHA in sign ups, in all instances.
