This incident has been resolved.

We identified an issue with the auto-gravity transformation. The issue has been resolved, and we are currently monitoring to ensure full stability.

We have identified that Amazon's Rekognition service is currently down.

We’ve identified the issue and are mitigating. The following remain partially degraded: Visual Search, Generative transformations (e_gen), Preview generation (e_preview), Upscale (e_upscale), Background removal (e_background_removal), Video auto-gravity (g_auto), AI Vision, Content Analysis add-on, Email delivery (notifications), Async jobs (delays), Billing.

Previously impacted services are operational, but we continue to observe intermittent errors. Our team is actively investigating the underlying cause.

We’re again observing degraded performance in the US datacenter. This appears to be a recurrence of the incident first noted at 06:50 UTC. We’ve moved the incident back to Investigating and are working to isolate the cause.

The services are recovering and are being closely monitored.
