Cloudinary's Digital Asset Management (DAM) service experienced an issue where Saved Searches failed to work properly when using Structured Metadata fields containing spaces in their names. The problem affected the expected behavior of saved searches for approximately 5.6 hours. A fix was implemented and deployed, with the incident fully resolved after monitoring confirmed the solution was working correctly.
