日本時間 2025/03/04 16:24 頃より 2025/03/05 17:46 頃まで、クラウドサインの Web サイト にて、ダッシュボードから [新しい書類の送信]>[一括送信する書類を準備]に遷移すると、[一括送信テンプレートの新規作成] ボタンが表示されていない問題が発生しておりました。原因の対処が完了し、現在は平常通りご利用いただけます。このたびはご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
クラウドサインの Web サイト にて、ダッシュボードから [新しい書類の送信]>[一括送信する書類を準備]に遷移すると、[一括送信テンプレートの新規作成] ボタンが表示されていない事象が発生しております。エンジニアチームが原因を特定し、復旧に向けて対応を進めております。
管理画面 から [一括送信]>[一括送信テンプレートの新規作成] と操作した場合は、通常通り一括送信テンプレートが作成できます。
