クラウドサインのWebサイトにて、署名検証機能で一定のPDFファイルサイズを超過した書類の署名情報を閲覧しようとすると、エラー画面が表示されてしまう事象が発生しています。Adobe Acrobatなど、クラウドサインのWebサイト上の署名検証機能以外での署名検証には影響はございません。エンジニアチームが調査を行っております。

日本時間 2025/03/06 12:06 頃より 2025/03/10 10:39 頃まで、クラウドサインの署名検証機能で一定のPDFファイルサイズを超過した書類の署名情報を閲覧しようとすると、エラー画面が表示されてしまう事象が発生しておりました。現在は平常通りご利用いただけます。このたびはご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
