本日、2025年12月17日（水）10時00分頃よりBox社で発生しているサービス障害( https://status.box.com/incidents/48t1p9xtd4tz )により、クラウドサインとBoxの連携機能が一時的にご利用いただけない状況となっております。本事象はBox API側に起因するものであり、現在Box側での復旧を待っている状況です。なお、書類の作成・送信・締結などクラウドサインの主要機能には影響はございません。ご利用のお客様にはご不便をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございません。

本日、2025年12月17日(水) 10時00分頃から 2025年12月17日(水) 13時30分頃までBox社で発生していたサービス障害( https://status.box.com/incidents/48t1p9xtd4tz )に起因し、クラウドサインとBoxの連携機能が一時的にご利用いただけない状況が発生しておりました。
Box社による復旧対応が完了したことを確認いたしました。現在は平常通りご利用いただけます。
なお、本事象発生中も、書類の作成・送信・締結などクラウドサインの主要機能には影響はございませんでした。
このたびはご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
