The incident whereby some users were intermittently seeing a blank page after logging in has now been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We have identified the root cause of the issue and are rolling out a fix.
Some users are intermittently finding that the portal loads a blank page upon signing in. Clearing the browser cache or using an incognito session can assuage the issue. We are currently investigating.
