We are currently investigating an increase in latency on POST and GET requests to products related endpoints. Our engineering team is working to identify the root cause and restore optimal performance. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We are actively investigating the underlying cause of the reported behavior. Mitigating actions have been implemented and are expected to take effect shortly.

We are continuing to investigate the ongoing behavior. In parallel, we are scaling our infrastructure to help mitigate the continued impact.

We have identified a resource-intensive pattern on products requests and are taking further mitigative actions to address the issue.

The previously implemented mitigations have not had the desired effect. We are about to make a configuration change that we believe will help resolve the issue.
