Investigating - Co-Managed Backup - Auto ticket with Junk characters

We are currently investigating reports of Auto ticket getting generated with Junk characters for Co-Managed backup (Veeam/Acronis). We will follow up with more information soon.

We are continuing to investigate the auto tickets getting generated with junk characters for Co-Managed backup (Veeam/Acronis).  We haven't identified the root cause, but we have isolated the issue to service not updating the information correctly in the Co-Managed Backup tickets. We will provide another update by 12.30 pm ET.

We will be implementing a potential fix and will clean up the Co-Managed backup tickets without properly enriched data here shortly and continue to monitor the new tickets raised by Co-Managed Backup.

The potential workaround and clean up of the the Co-Managed backup tickets didn't yeild anticipated results. We are actively looking into this matter further and will provide further updates when new information is available. Thanks for your continued patience.
