We are currently investigating reports of multiple tickets getting generated for Acronis backups with "Access to the cloud storage was denied" error on Co-Managed Backup. We will follow up with more information soon.

We are experiencing a possible outage at the Acronis US Cloud datacenter and that appears to be causing generation of tickets with "Access to the cloud storage was denied" error message. We will follow up with more information soon.
