Our teams at ConnectWise identified performance degradation within the ConnectWise SIEM, beginning at approximately 1am EST on September, 19, 2023. The issue did not reportedly stop service, but did impact the speed at which services were able to be performed.
The root cause of this performance issue has been identified and a resolution has been applied. We will continue to monitor the performance improvement until we are confident we have fully recovered.
