ConnectWise Control experienced issues in the EU region where partners encountered "Negotiating" status from sessions and SMTP authentication failures for ScreenConnect cloud services. The problems affected cloud performance and email functionality for EU region users. The issues were identified and resolved after 7.5 hours with fixes implemented for both the session negotiation and SMTP authentication problems.
