We recently learned that upcoming changes to Benin telephony regulations will affect the existing shared telephony line. The Telecoms Regulator (Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et de la Poste (ARCEP)) recently issued rules for the migration of the current 8-digit national numbering plan to a new 10-digit plan and a migration from 11 to 13 digits for international numbering.
