Hello,
We are currently investigating an issue in US-EAST-02A that is causing a degradation of Node LifeCycle actions. Specifically, in-cluster node reboots and automatic node replacement is not functioning as expected impacting nodepool scaling, node replacement and any new node deliveries into clusters in this availability zone.
