Latency and Intermittent Timeouts Observed in US SL2 Production Environment

We observed reports of increased latency and intermittent timeouts impacting the US SL2 Production environment. Customers may experience slower page load times while navigating or working within LMS pages. Our Engineering teams have identified the issue and implemented a fix. Based on current observations, the impact appears to have subsided; however, we will continue to closely monitor the environment to ensure stability. We will provide further updates as needed.
