One of our providers is experiencing technical difficulties, this is affecting the processing of inbound account transfers through the faster payments scheme.
You will still be able to make outbound account transfers from the Countingup app.
We are working with our provider to resolve this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The queue of transfers has now been processed, and so this incident is now resolved.

Our provider has now identified the issue, and is working to restore inbound and inbound account transfer functionality. Any transfers made during this incident have been queued, and will be processed once this has been resolved.
We apologise again for any inconvenience caused and are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Unfortunately outbound transfers are also being impacted, and will show as leaving your account but will not be received at their destination.
