Widespread system outages reported

We have confirmed that there were widespread internet issues yesterday afternoon outside of our control. We have not heard of any connection issues since yesterday afternoon and feel comfortable closing the incident at this point. As always, please keep us informed of any issues you are experiencing and thank you for being a part of the CSIU family.

Connections have continued to be working for us when testing since our last update. We have updated the incident to a monitoring status. We have heard of widespread issues above our ISP, but are still trying to determine a better explanation for you.

We are still investigating this issue, but have heard reports that connections have been intermittently working and may actually be fully working right now. Until we get notice as to what is causing the issue externally to us, we are not yet ready to mark the components as operational.

We are getting alerts that districts are unable to connect to our applications when not coming through PAIUnet. We are investigating this issue and will update as soon as we are able.
