Outage Details

We have confirmed the issue with the security provider Netskope where their particular servers in Southern California, Phoenix or around this area is not able to resolve the app.cvent.com URL. Due to this, the users from these areas could face webpage not reachable error when visiting Cvent site. They are working further to fix the issue as we have escalated it. As a work around, can you please work with your IT team to add steering exception for app.cvent.com URL, which will be an interim fix. Additionally, Netskope has requested clients running into this issue to reach out to them by creating ticket in their portal https://support.netskope.com/s/login/?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2. Please reference the support ticket already opened by Cvent, case #00543084 when opening the ticket. They would also want an email sent to their tech team member, Armando Aguilar (aaguilar@netskope.com) who is actively working on this. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Updates will be provided as soon as we have more information.
