We are currently investigating an issue that is preventing users from resetting their passwords through the self-service "Forgot your login information?" link on the Cvent Planner Application's Login page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are actively working to resolve the situation. Planners who urgently need a password reset may contact their Cvent Administrator or Customer Support. Updates will be provided as soon as possible.
