At this time we continue to work diligently to restore account access for a limited number of customers. Our technical team is actively working to fully resolve the problem and is continuing to see improvement. Our next update will be sent once the issue has been fully resolved.

We are continuing to see more improvement with users being able to log in but teams are still investigating the cause of the issue with a set number of users. Next update will be sent once there has been verified mitigation for all users.

We are seeing gradual improvements with users being able to log into Keypoint but are investigating errors affecting some other users.

Teams are still observing errors for East Coast customers and continue to investigate the cause.

Teams have identified the systems issues and are currently in the process of validating mitigation steps.
