We are currently aware of a problem where certain users on the US6 call cannot access their account and receive the error "Unexpected error while authenticating". Our Engineering team is currently investigating this issue. Currently, we do not have an ETA on when a fix will be available. Our teams have investigated reports of login issues on 18th September and have not found any evidence that the problems were related to the Datto Workplace infrastructure.

We kindly ask users that experience login issues to clear their browser cache, or attempt the login from an incognito session to rule out local browser issues.

If the erroring user is Active Directory or SSO integrated, we kindly ask that the configuration for this user is reviewed.
