Outage Details
The issue has been identified and a permanent fix is currently being investigated
As a temporary workaround, a task has been sent to the fleet to adjust the fan speeds of the impacted devices
Please bear in mind that the newly adjusted fan speeds will also increase the noise levels these devices are producing during this time frame.
