We are facing a technical issue with the Kaseya Store Portal (http://myportal.kaseya.com) due to a BlueSnap outage (https://status.bluesnap.com/incidents/267281). Users attempting to log in through the KaseyaOne Portal Single Sign-On to access the Kaseya Store Portal (http://myportal.kaseya.com) might experience an error. This incident has been resolved.

We have deployed a fix to reduce to Sev 2. Now the customers can login to portal, but can't use any payment functionality, such as Invoices Payments, Product Purchasing, Payment Methods Management. We are continuing to investigate the issue.
