Delinea's Privileged Access Service / Cloud Suite Pod34 experienced degraded performance for 32 minutes, causing users to encounter slow page loads, increased latency, and timeouts. The incident was resolved when the load causing the performance issues subsided.

Delinea's Cloud Suite 26.1 release introduced a bug where custom authorization profiles containing wildcard or regex characters returned HTTP 401 errors, while built-in authorization profiles remained unaffected. The Privileged Access Service / Cloud Suite was impacted for 15.4 hours. The team implemented a fix and restored normal operations, with a workaround available during the incident period.

Delinea's Secret Server Cloud in the US region experienced intermittent HTTP 500 errors when customers accessed the Secret Server UI, caused by a cloud provider incident affecting an availability zone in the US East region. Instead of failing over to a secondary region as initially planned, the team resolved the issue by moving affected resources to a different availability zone within the primary region. The incident lasted 27 hours and was fully resolved after monitoring confirmed no further application errors.

Delinea experienced a 14.7-hour SSO authentication issue where some users encountered Federation Error 102 during login, specifically affecting customers who had their "Map federated user to existing directory user" setting configured as Disabled rather than the default Optional setting. The team provided a temporary workaround by instructing customers to change the setting from Disabled to Optional, then deployed a permanent hotfix that allowed customers to revert to their preferred configuration.

A small subset of Delinea customers experienced authentication difficulties connecting to Privileged Access Service/Cloud Suite after a wildcard certificate rotation on March 7th. The issue affected systems that did not automatically update to the new Sectigo root and intermediate certificates. The incident was resolved after 24.1 hours by providing manual certificate downloads and creating documentation for affected customers.
