The issue was resolved at 13:37 UTC on May 11, 2026, after the team identified that the root cause was an outage affecting a cloud infrastructure service used by Secret Server Cloud. Normal service was restored and the team is working with their cloud provider to obtain full root cause details and identify preventative measures.

Instead of failing over to a secondary region as initially planned, the team resolved the issue by moving affected resources to a different availability zone within the primary region. The incident lasted 27 hours and was fully resolved after monitoring confirmed no further application errors.

Delinea experienced a 14.7-hour SSO authentication issue where some users encountered Federation Error 102 during login, specifically affecting customers who had their "Map federated user to existing directory user" setting configured as Disabled rather than the default Optional setting. The team provided a temporary workaround by instructing customers to change the setting from Disabled to Optional, then deployed a permanent hotfix that allowed customers to revert to their preferred configuration.

A small subset of Delinea customers experienced authentication difficulties connecting to Privileged Access Service/Cloud Suite after a wildcard certificate rotation on March 7th. The issue affected systems that did not automatically update to the new Sectigo root and intermediate certificates. The incident was resolved after 24.1 hours by providing manual certificate downloads and creating documentation for affected customers.
