Our Cloud Operations team is working to identify the root cause and implement a solution. A subset of customers in eu-west-1 and eu-central-1 may experience blank reports.
The issue with reporting has been identified in eu-west-1. Reports for impacted customers in the region will resume as the data refresh occurs over the next 6-8 hours.
Mitigation efforts are currently underway, and most impacted customers are now able to access their reports. However, we are still troubleshooting the issue for the remaining customers who continue to experience blank reports.
Our team is actively working towards a resolution, and we will provide another update within the next 5 hours.
