We are continuing to experience degraded performance affecting the ability to refresh and query data in the warehouse in eu-west-1 and ap-south-1.
The issue remains tied to the active incident with our upstream provider, Snowflake. We have not yet received an official resolution or further substantial update from them.

We are still experiencing degraded performance affecting the ability to refresh data in the warehouse in eu-west-1 and ap-south-1. The ability to query data in the warehouse in the eu-west-1 and ap-south-1 regions should now be fully restored.
The core issue remains tied to the active incident with Snowflake, and we are awaiting their official confirmation of full resolution for all services.

Our upstream provider, Snowflake, has confirmed that their incident is now resolved. We have confirmed the following status across our affected regions: In ap-south-1, the issue affecting data refresh in this region is now fully resolved and restored. In eu-west-1, the data refresh process has restarted and is currently ongoing. We are actively monitoring its progression to ensure full recovery.
