We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting Learning Evaluation (DLE) in EMEA regions. We have temporarily paused the main data synchronization queue to resolve a technical issue that has occurred. Customers will experience a delay in new data being processed and reflected in accounts. All data is still being captured and stored successfully and will be available when processing is restarted.
Docebo engineering has identified a solution that will be implemented starting the morning of Wednesday, August 20th. We anticipate service to be restored and the backlog of events to be fully processed within the next 48 hours.
