Docebo Group Update Delays in US-East-1

Customer instances in US-East-1 are experiencing a higher than normal delay in updating automated groups. This will impact menu assignments, enrollment rules, and catalog visibility changes made within the last 24 hours. We're investigating the cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.

We have determined the root cause and mitigation efforts are underway.

Mitigation efforts are being deployed now to address delays in group processing. Manual group changes are also impacted by the current event. We will update again once the current mitigation effort is completed.

Mitigation efforts has been applied and we are seeing a consistent reduction in group processing delays. We will continue to monitor the situation until the backlog is cleared.

The group processing backlog is continuing to complete at an expedited rate after mitigation efforts were applied. We are anticipating all requests to be completed within the next 3 hours. We will continue to actively monitor the event until all requests are processed.
