As part of our commitment to keeping your data secure and our platform reliable, we’re updating the key exchange (KEX) algorithms supported by our SFTP server. This change only applies if you connect to filetransfer.cartcontents.com to import data to or export data from Fresh Relevance.
On Wednesday 10 September 2025, we’ll disable several legacy algorithms that no longer meet current security standards:
- curve25519-sha256
- diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256
- diffie-hellman-group14-sha1
- ext-info-s
- kex-strict-s-v00@openssh.com

If your SFTP client uses any of these algorithms, you may need to update your configuration or upgrade your client software to avoid connection issues. Please check your setup and ensure you are using a modern, secure KEX algorithm supported by your client.
