We are continuing to investigate this issue.
Our Text/SMS partner has reported a potential issue with sending text/sms invite messages to users on the AT&T network. The error that is seen is “This number is currently unreachable by text. We suggest you try an email or calendar invite.”
If you encounter this error message, you can still successfully send your patient an unedited text invite by selecting “Restore default message” at the bottom of the text invite screen.
