Increase in error rates from multiple suppliers

Order creation success rate has been restored to expected levels. Duffel has re-enabled our NDC connections for all affected customers and will continue monitoring.

We are currently awaiting additional details from our partner regarding the fix before resolving the incident, but all suppliers are operating normally

Latency on the affected suppliers has improved, however we're continuing to see a high error rate on a number of endpoints.

Our partner is still working on fixing the issue alongside AWS and shall provide in the next 30 minutes.
