We are aware that stores in Arkansas are receiving errors when checking patients in the register. Biotrack made a change to their validation, the Doctor Designation Number for the patient is now the primary identifier. We are working on an update to accommodate this change, in the meantime we recommend that users enter the patients DD Number into the MMJ State ID field to complete sales.
