During our investigation, we have now determined that customers using OpenPipeline are also currently impacted. We are still working on a fix to mitigate the issue.

We have identified the issue and have implemented a fix for customers using OpenPipeline to ingest logs.

We are continuing to implement a fix for the remaining customers.

The fix has been verified and deployment to all clusters has started. During this rollout, you will begin to see improvements to delays in log ingestion data.

We have paused the hotfix rollout temporarily to monitor and confirm the fix. Will continue the rollout once this confirmation is finished.

Hotfix rollout was continued and we can confirm that the issue has been mitigated for the most impacted customers. We are now rolling out the fix on all remaining clusters and expect it to be fully mitigated over the next few hours.
