Increase in Host Unit consumption causing monitoring disruptions for some SaaS customers

We are aware that some SaaS customers are reporting a spike in host unit consumption, which is causing monitoring disruptions.

As the investigation has continued, we have determined that this issue likely does not impact users who have upgraded to the DPS platform licensing service.

We will continue to provide updates here as they become available.

We have identified the issue affecting host licensing and are actively working to update configurations to restore it to its original state. Once these updates are complete, you should notice unmonitored hosts receiving licenses and monitoring returning to normal.
